Keystone AEA Board to elect officers Monday

The Keystone Area Education Agency
Board will elect 2008-2009 officers at an organizational meeting on
Monday, Oct. 20, at the Keystone AEA Administration Building in Elkader.
Area school boards elected three incumbents to the Keystone Area
Education Agency Board of Directors during September elections.
Incumbent Norman Miller was elected as the director in Director
District 4. The director district includes Turkey Valley, North
Fayette, West Central, and Oelwein Community School Districts and
Illyria Twp.-Precinct and the portions of Highland and Fairfield
Twps.-Precincts in the Valley Community School District. Miller will
begin his sixth term on the Board.
Incumbent, Robert Brown, of Colesburg was elected as the director in
Director District 5. The director district includes the Starmont, West
Delaware, Edgewood-Colesburg, and Maquoketa Valley Community School
Districts and Bremen North Precinct and the portions of Colony, North
Fork, and South Fork Townships-Precincts in the Western Dubuque
Community School District. Brown will begin his ninth term on the Board.
Incumbent Walter Pregler of Dubuque was elected as the director in
Director District 9. The director district includes Dubuque Precincts
3, 4, 5, 16, 17, 21, and part of Table Mound Precinct and the portions
of Vernon, PCT2, PCT3, and Mosalem Table Mound Precincts in the Dubuque
Community School District. Pregler will begin his third full term on
the Board.
