News Kehoe Released From Hospital, Arrested Posted 17 November 2008 Michelle Kehoe, 35, was released from University Hospitals in Iowa City hospital Saturday, Nov. 15, promptly arrested and taken to the Buchanan County Jail in Independence.   The mother from Coralville is accused of murdering her two-year-old son and injuring her seven-year-old son in a bizarre incident last month near Littleton. Kehoe also allegedly injured herself and required treatment. Buchanan County Sheriff's Department reports Kehoe was arrested on three charges: first degree murder, attempted murder and child endangerment. She made her initial appearance Saturday in Buchanan County court, after regular business hours. She is being held on $2.5 million bond. Late last month, after searching for the missing family, authorities discovered Kehoe's sons, Seth Kehoe, 2, dead, and Sean Kehoe, 7, injured, in a rural wooded area near Littleton.
