News Valley of Elgin Performs "Up the Down Staircase" Posted 19 November 2008 Thespians at Valley of Elgin will present "Up the Down Staircase" this weekend at the school. The Valley Fine Arts Boosters will be hosting a Dessert Buffet prior to the start of Friday night's performance. The buffet will be held Friday, Nov. 21, from 6:30 until 7:15 p.m. at the school. Cost is $10 which includes dessert, performance admission with priority seating. For reservations, call 426.5293 or 423.5000. The local booster club will also be selling ice cream sundaes during the intermission of performances on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.
